Baymont by Wyndham Spokane

Second time staying at property. Great stay first time, this time hotel was a bit noisy as it sounds like they were doing construction on the room next door. Also had room right next to elevator which did not help either. Mini fridge was not so clean, sheets had red stains not sure if it was blood or what. I like the location of the hotel which is why it’s my go to for exploring Spokane. I am not one to complain, would stay again housekeeping just needs to ensure sheets/rooms are cleaned properly.

Austin checked us in late the night we arrived. We were in a truck and could not fit in the underground parking so he offered to move his car to the street for us to park in the surface lot. This was such a nice gesture and definitely left us with a great impression. The room was spotless and the whole facility was very clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh and the coffee was great.

Better than reviews indicated. Room was clean and comfy. Was allowed to park motorcycle outside reception which was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Staff were friendly. Good location for walking to dining options. Balcony was great, nice night view.

Clean common areas. Professional staff. Above and beyond I did not get a chance to catch the names of front desk all very helpful. My room next to street on back side still quiet no noise from the hallway. Close to hospital for healthcare travelers.

The front desk staff was very friendly at night when checking-in and also in morning when checking-out. The parking in basement was good. Comfortable bed and pillows too.
